How does Work/Rest/Sleep Balance and Lifestyle choices

A

Exercise helps you to sleep better which helps your body to recover.
to sleep once you have gone to bed but also helps you have a deeper, more productive
nights sleep.
However, try not to exercise too late as this will have the opposite effect and mean you’re to
energised to sleep because of the release of serotonin and endorphins.

Rest is also an important aspect of training as it allows your body time to recover and adapt.
