Depends: 2 g of Ancef can be re-concentrated/reconstituted into a 10 mL syringe.

Give 1 cc –> wait a few minutes and make sure that they tolerate that well before you give the rest of the dose.

DO NOT GIVE IF THERE IS A HX OF ANAPHYLAXIS
