Castro was angered at peace agreements between both the USSR and the USA however he still remained in power - Slight Winner
USSR embarrassed on the world stage and took their missiles out of Cuba due to American pressure. - Loser
USA were able to get the missiles out of Cuba however there still was a Cuba that was communist in their backyard
