An injectable form of V-B12 which is an antidote for cyanide toxicity. It binds with circulating & cellular cyanide to form cyanocobalamin which is then excreted in urine

Life-threatening cyanide toxicity (e.g shock, resp failure, seizure, ALOC or myocardial ischaemia
