Open headlights (hip joint) reaching legs out of pelvis
Find opposition - reach v plug
Extend legs and open the lap/hip joint: pull legs out of the pelvis
Heel - Hamstring - Glute Connection - draw heels to glutes
Spiral the legs on extension (squeeze inner thighs together) when in turn out
Modifications for leg position
Taped tennis balls/small ball for alignment at ankles or legs
Micro bend knees
