For Option 2 of your case study, how would you set targetting VE and implement that with a KPI?

1. Set key target for certain elements of the design and items (Ceiling, flooring etc)
2. Where the contractor is able to exceed the target, we would put in a clause that allows for a 50/50 split on the savings above that.
