  1. At Stage 2 we didn’t have any MEP design information so had to apply a M2 rate (£100/sqft) - Stage 3 ended having a £110sqft design
  2. Market Tested the Terrazzo floor finish on the scheme (10k increase)
  3. Stage 2 - Excluded for any works to the front of the Building - £50k increase
