A

-Hypersensitivity
-Narrow angle glaucoma
-Penetrating eye trauma
Avoid in patients with burns >24 hours old,
chronic neuromuscular disease (e.g., muscular
dystrophy), ESRD, crush injury, or other situation in which
hyperkalemia is likely. History of malignant Hyperthermia.
