What is the timeline for adjudication?

Answer 1

The party must notify the other party of the adjudication
Within 7 days of this notice they must produce their referral (statement outlining the case)
Within this 7 day period the party must source the adjudicator (refer to contract)
Adjudicator puts together a timetable and usually allows time for the other party to respond to the refereal
Adjudicator has 28 days to make a decision
