MoSCoW method categorizes requirements

  1. Must-haves (M) → Absolutely critical, implement immediately
  2. Should-haves (S) → Important but can wait
  3. Could-haves (C) → Nice to have if there’s time/resources
  4. Won’t-haves (W) → Not included, explicitly excluded

Mnemonic:

👉 “Most Stuff Could Wait”

M = Must-haves

S = Should-haves

C = Could-haves

W = Won’t-haves
