Q

What was established in R v Miller?

A

The courts have stated that the injury must be more than very minor or insignificant, as established in R v Miller.

This means that small injuries or brief discomfort will not be enough to amount to ABH.

However, the injury does not have to be serious and may include things such as cuts, bruises, or temporary injuries.
