Distance/groundspeed x 60

Include time needed to do MAP-hold-one loop in the hold plus alternate plus approach and landing

Fuel quantity/burn rate is how far you can go

AR 95-1: PC ensures it’s closed IAW DOD FLIPS

GP: close with tower or base ops

AIM: FSS/ATC. Advise you want to cancel ifr

You have to acknowledge clearances and state that you are leaving current altitude for new altitude
