Requirements when carrying out DIC duties

  • Issue Daily Appearance sheets
  • Issue Signing on sheet and check against Daily Appearance
  • Check WON/PON/LUL and other signature sheets are present
  • Update notice cases with any new items
  • Check printer for amended diagrams and place in correct position
  • confirm with Banbury control that notice case contents are correct
  • Advise Banbury Control of planned roster changes/uncovered turns/assist in coverage
  • Check for Mail with booking office
