• If not working, use phone to call signaller
• Can continue if competent person in other cab

REC - necessary for trains in the area to be stopped immediately, or to call emergency services, because of an accident/obstruction/other emergency

Urgent - necessary to give advice about an incident that does not require trains in the are to be stopped immediately
