  • reach understanding of location, condition, need for emergency assistance, gender and age
  • make PA to request medical assistance by any medical professionals onboard
  • Urgent GSM-R call, notify of event using initial info, request signaller to call emergency services if needed, agree suitable location to stop the train
  • after stopping train at agreed spot, ass situation and keep signaller, control, passengers informed

A
  • secure train, call signaller and inform of situation and need to leave cab
  • make a PA for medical assistance
  • approach, assess, notify station staff if available and ask them to contact ES if needed (DIY if no one else available)
  • keep Signaller, control and passengers informed
