leaffall - detrain
not leaffall - train can continue with authority from signaller / control

Serious but not other obvious damage: <20mph, de-train at next available location >60mm/flange formed/pot. tyre shifted: don't move until RST to examine and then move.

- Lock out singular doors if needed - Door behind cab isolated, move passengers from vehicle - Also for both doors on same side or same end
