Zone 3 (Subxifoid position): perikardieansamling

Zone 4: (Højre side)
A. Hø. hemithorax lateralt: pleuraansamling
B. Hø. øvre kvadrant i midt aksillærlinjen: peritonealansamling i: fossa hepatorenale (Morison’s pouch) + perihepatisk

Zone 5: (Venstre side)
A. Ve. hemithorax lateralt: pleuraansamling
B. Ve. øvre kvadrant i bageste aksillærlinje: peritonealansamling i: fossa splenorenale + perisplenisk
