3 So Pilate asked Jesus, “Are you the king of the Jews?”
“You yourself say so,” Jesus replied.
3 Así que Pilato preguntó a Jesús: —¿Eres tú el rey de los judíos?
—Tú mismo lo dices —respondió.
4b I do not find that this man is guilty of anything.
4b No encuentro que este hombre sea culpable de nada.
8a When Herod saw Jesus, he was very pleased;
8a Al ver a Jesús, Herodes se puso muy contento;
8b Herod had wanted to see him [Jesus] for a long time because of what he kept hearing about him, and he hoped to witness some miracle that Jesus might perform.
8b Herodes hacía tiempo que quería verlo por lo que oía acerca de él y esperaba presenciar algún milagro que hiciera Jesús.
18 But they all shouted together, “Take that man away! Release Barabbas to us!”
18 Pero todos gritaron a una voz: —¡Llévate a ese! ¡Suéltanos a Barrabás!
34 Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.”
34 —Padre —dijo Jesús—, perdónalos, porque no saben lo que hacen.
“Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise,” Jesus answered him.
43 —Te aseguro que hoy estarás conmigo en el paraíso —le contestó Jesús.
“Then Jesus called out with a loud voice, ‘Father, into your hands I entrust my spirit.’”
46 Entonces Jesús exclamó con fuerza: —¡Padre, en tus manos encomiendo mi espíritu!
