2 Then he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

6 So they set out and went from village to village, preaching the good news and healing people everywhere.

13 “You (yourselves) give them something to eat,” Jesus said.

“Have them sit down in groups of about fifty each.”

21 Jesus sternly ordered them not to tell this to anyone.

23 Turning to everyone, he said:
“If anyone wants to be my disciple, let them deny themselves, take up their cross daily, and follow me.”
23 Dirigiéndose a todos, declaró:
—Si alguien quiere ser mi discípulo, que se niegue a sí mismo, tome su cruz cada día y me siga.
24 For whoever wants to save their life will lose it; but whoever loses their life for my sake will save it.

25 What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, if they lose or destroy themselves?
25 ¿De qué le sirve a uno ganar el mundo entero si se pierde o se destruye a sí mismo?
32 Peter and his companions were very sleepy, but when they became fully awake, they saw his glory and the two men standing with Jesus.
32 Pedro y sus compañeros estaban rendidos de sueño, pero cuando se despabilaron, vieron su gloria y a los dos personajes que estaban con Jesús.
50 “Do not stop him,” Jesus replied, “for whoever is not against you is for you.”
50 —No se lo impidan —respondió Jesús—, porque el que no está contra ustedes está a favor de ustedes.
51 As the time approached for him to be taken up to heaven, Jesus resolutely set out for Jerusalem.
51 Como se acercaba el tiempo de que fuera llevado al cielo, Jesús se hizo el firme propósito de ir a Jerusalén.
