A: Should we buy some wine to drink at the party?

나: 안 돼. 존은 술을 못 마시니까 사지 마. 그냥 케이크를 사.
B: No, we can’t. Don’t buy it because John can’t drink alcohol. Just buy a cake.

오늘 레오 씨 집에서 크리스마스 파티를 했습니다. 레오 씨 는 소고기를 사 가지고 맛있는 불고기를 만들어 줬습니다. 유키 씨는 샴페인을 준비해 가지고 오고, 하늘 씨는 화분을 사 가지고 왔습니다. 흐엉 씨는 예쁜 사진을 찍으려고 친구에게 디지털 카메라를 빌려 가지고 왔습니다. 크리스마스 파티는 정말 즐거웠습니다.
We had a Christmas party at Leo’s house today. Leo bought some beef and make delicious bulgogi for us. Yuki prepared some champagne while Hanuel brought a flowerpot. Huang borrowed a digital camera from her friend so she could take nice photos. The Christmas party was really fun.

유키: 찻잔을 선물할 거면 백화점에 가지 마. 백화점은 좀 비싸. 남대문 그릇 시장에 가면 싸고 예쁜 찻잔이 많으니까 거기에 가봐.
Yuki: If you’re going to buy a tea set, don’t go to the department store. It’s a bit expensive there. If you go to the Namdaemun Dish Market, they have many inexpensive and pretty tea sets so try going there.

Haneul: Something sudden came up for Nora so she went home. I don’t think she can come today. Yuna! Please take this. Since I was invited to your housewarming party, I couldn’t come empty-handed. I brought a cake that I bought.
